Airline “Uzbekistan Airways” started operation of a new full flight simulator turboprop regional aircraft Il-114-100. The airline stressed that it is the only simulator in which the cabin of the aircraft Il-114-100 full-size.
The airline officials said that the construction of the new complex was due to the modernization of the fleet. Turboprop aircraft Il-114-100 are used by the airline on short-haul domestic routes that previously operated turboprop An-24 and jet Yak-40. Only in the airline’s fleet of seven Il-114-100; the operation of this type began in 2003, in 2012 the production of the aircraft stopped.
