Uzbek airline, Uzbekistan Airways (“Uzbekiston Havo Yullari”) summed up its operating results for 2014, passenger traffic remained almost at the level of 2013, a decrease of 1.9%. Freight transport increased by 4.6%. In the future, the airline expects to continue to build shipping: at the end of the year, two Boeing 767-300 aircraft were converted to cargo version.
Last year, the national airline of Uzbekistan transported 2,625 million pass. The services of the airline on foreign routes have used 807 thousand passengers, the local — 1,252 million pass. The airline performed 23811 flights (24559 in vs 2013): 5821 flight to foreign countries, 8973 — CIS 9017 local lines. It was also shipped 43 thousand tons of cargo.
