The airline is Uzbekistan Airways (part of the NAC “Uzbekistan Airways”) has commissioned the second wide-body Boeing 787-8. The new aircraft made its first commercial flight on 23 November on the route Tashkent—Dubai, reports the carrier.
The second Boeing 787-8 entered the Uzbekistan Airways Park on 5 November. The first aircraft of this type, the airline operates from September 5 this year. In addition to Dubai, the car was flying from Tashkent to Moscow, Alma-ATA, Delhi, Istanbul and tel Aviv.
Subsequently, the Boeing 787-8 will service and long-distance destinations, including new York. According to the Agency Sputnik, the flight will open next year, with the onset of spring-summer schedule. The airline flies to new York now, but with landing to refuel in Riga.
