The training center of the airline Uzbekistan Airways (“Uzbekiston Havo Yullari”) purchased a full flight simulator (FFS) wide-body Boeing 767. The corresponding agreement was concluded with the manufacturer of the simulator — the canadian company CAE, the Agency reports UzDaily.uz. The transaction amount was not disclosed.
The training of the pilots on the simulator will begin in November of this year. The hub of Uzbekistan Airways will be able not only to train pilots of the national airline of Uzbekistan, but also to offer their services to flight crews of foreign carriers.
