The training center of the national airline of Uzbekistan Uzbekistan Airways began initial pilot training. Previous professional carrier was made only in foreign educational institutions.
The idea of creating their own training center for pilots was announced Uzbekistan Airways in 2016, a Year later the concept was approved by the government of Uzbekistan.
Competitive selection of candidates for teaching profession was held in conjunction with the reorganization of the national airline “Uzbekistan Airways” JSC Uzbekistan Airways and transformation of the state unitary enterprise O quv Markazi Mashq (Training center NAC, utts) in company Aviation Training Center.
