Uzbekistan Airways passenger traffic declined by 3%

The passenger traffic of the national carrier of Uzbekistan Airways Uzbekistan (“Uzbekistan Airways”) at the end of last year decreased by 2.8%, reaching more than 2.5 million passengers. It is worth noting that the fall in passenger traffic last year was not as sharp as on the results of the first half and the first three quarters. So, in January–June 2016 number of passengers of Uzbekistan Airways fell by 4.7%, and the results of the first nine months — 5.0%.
